Original purchase was an Arch Support Pack that included personally fitted arch supports, this pair of sponge rubber cushions, & 4 pairs of fasteners (as pictured per box). The arch supports themselves were removed by original purchaser, but the cushions & fasteners have never been removed from the box. As you can see in the main photo, they are the only items being sold. The cushions measure 12″ from toe tip to back of heel.
