Ordered and bought this product in April and my husband went into hospice 2 weeks after I picked it up. Sorry to say he never had the chance to use it. The lift was used one time to bring chair home and has been stored in garage since. has not been plugged into charger and still has 3/4 charge. comes with brand new cover, accessories. Registered with full factory warranty.
