For in-store or phone payments: we do not accept American Express. Will require a Credit Card Authorization filled out and will be added with a 3% processing charge with all orders. Sales tax of 8.025% may be applied to all sales within Texas, unless a valid tax exempt certificate is presented. Terms of Sale All pre-owned/used units have been tested prior to leaving our facility; we guarantee the unit to be in good working condition. You will have 3 business days (after the unit is received) to notify us if anything is wrong with the unit. Returns are only accepted if the unit DOES NOT match the description on eBay, or if the item does not work. We will accept returns within 14 days only. Buyer pays all return shipping fees. Item must be returned in original packaging and the unit must not have been damaged or tampered with. Unit may be subjected to 20% restocking fee. Items specifically stated as sold „AS IS“ are not covered under our warranty and may not be returned. Please look carefully at the picture. If an accessory or part is not pictured or mentioned, it is not included. The sale of these item(s) are subject to regulation by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and state and local regulatory agencies. We are required to verify your status as an authorized purchaser of these item(s) prior to the unit leaving our facility. Shipping Information All items are listed as LOCAL PICK UP ONLY. Should you want an item shipped Buyer would need to coordinate and arrange for items to be picked up and packaged to their liking and shipped with their Freight Carrier of choice. Items can always be picked up, free of charge, from our warehouse in Houston, TX. Delivery is available upon request but limited to Houston, TX area ONLY. And is not guaranteed.
