Based on what I can see, your base plate appears to use Blue Ox’s tabs and looks very similar to the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BX1692 used on the 2006-2011 Chevrolet HHR. The good news is that if this is a Blue Ox base plate, it will be compatible.
