I basically needed a splint to keep my arm from bending more than 45 degrees while sleeping at night. Overall,the brace/splint was very easy put on by myself and it wascomfortable to wear. I feel it is already producing the intended results, because after only one night of wearing it while sleeping, the numbness and tingling in my fingers has diminished noticeably.
