These PRIMO 12-1/2 x 2-1/4, 62-203 non-marking black wheels show practically no tread wear at all and I personally scrubbed them clean. There’s 12 photos altogether to help describe it. I am an honest, reasonable guy but do make mistakes and will often go above and beyond to resolve any issues.
