This is a brand new unused ADA compliant tub seat. This one folds up out of the way and back down when in use. It is made out of stainless steel and the seat is Phenolic in white. This one will ship in the original box but the box has some damage. It will be carefully repaired before shipping. The seat is still wrapped in the original bubble wrap and I have not removed it. No screws are included. Any competent installer will use what they are used to using anyway. I see these listed online for $550! Save some money on this one! Thanks for looking!!
