FORK assembly back right side Wheel for Quickie QM-710, 715, 720 parts used

Up for sale is the fork assembly shown. It came off a quickie qm-710. It might fit other models but I’m not sure so please look at the pictures to see if it will work for you. It goes on the back right side (if your sitting on the wheelchair). It is on good working condition. It will come as shown only. PLEASE MAKE SURE THIS IS THE CORRECT ONE YOU NEED. It is used and has regular use wear including scratches but still works fine. See the pictures for the exact condition. Thanks for looking.
