It does still pick up bone conduction sound but the baha 5 is no longer supported by the manufacturer and I dont know enough about this device to troubleshoot these issues. I put a new battery in and it picked up sound through bone conduction like it is supposed to but when you press the button on the device to change settings nothing lights up and it makes a screeching noise.
What you see in the pictures is what you will receive. There is nothing I can do to change this.
