The compression is 20-30 mmHg, and is firm for tired legs, moderate varicose veins, moderate leg, ankle, and foot swelling, post surgery. A size medium should fit women’s shoe size 7 1/2 to 10, men’s shoe size 9 to 11 1/2, with an ankle/calf circumference of 8 3/8 to 9 5/8 inches or 21.3 to 24.4 centimetres, and comes to just under the knee. The closed toe compression socks come with the pictured insert that has instructions to easily put them on, as well as other information. They are in excellent brand new condition.
