Personal Opinion: It’s a unique diaper with the combination of PE backing in the center and the breathable wings. I have a 34-36″ waist and it fits comfortably. Perfect Condition: No yellowing, no clumping, and the blue-tipped adhesive tapes are still strong and flexible.
