Wearing a walking boot helps stabilize and support the foot which can decrease the pain felt following an injury. The pediatric walking boot is designed to help children following painful injuries such as broken toes, stress fractures to the foot or ankle, ankle sprains, or diabetic ulcers. It also can be used as a post-op boot after surgeries such as bunion surgery and other surgeries. LIGHTWEIGHT BOOT WITH ROCKER SOLE The ultra-lightweight boot is under a pound which allows your child full mobility while wearing the boot. The rigid arched rocker sole makes sure your child’s gait remains unaffected while they recover from their injury. BOOT HEIGHT The pediatric cam walker reaches just below your child’s knee for maximum stability. It is lined with a deluxe foam material that is soft and comfortable against your child’s skin. The Velcro closures make the cam walker easy to adjust for a customized fit and desired compression. PEDIATRIC CAM WAKER FOR LEFT OR RIGHT FOOT The pediatric cam walker can be worn on either your right or left foot. This boot leaves the toe area open, which increases the breathability of your feet and prevents any rubbing of the toes against the end of the boot. It also has a wide foot bed that allows for bandaging and swelling. Once the swelling has gone down, you can adjust the straps and tighten for a better fit. A signature is required for all deliveries; the driver is unable to complete delivery without a signed delivery receipt.
