Our technicians have over 30 years of experience in the industry and we have a Doctor of Audiology on staff that can provide additional hearing aid programming and support if needed. This is a direct to lab service, which cuts out the middle-man, saving you time and money. We are one of the only All Make Repair labs that has been able to successfully replace rechargeable batteries in hearing aids. Some additional fees may apply for non-standard repair issues such costs for rechargeable batteries ($100), costs for RIC-style receivers ($55-75), earmold/shell ($70-100), or proprietary parts (circuit boards, etc.). If any of these apply, you will be notified and given the decision to complete the additional necessary services or receive a refund of your initial repair. Service turn-around is typically within 5 business days upon receipt.
