There is a poly/rayon super absorbent soaker layer that absorbs and traps fluids, a minimizer polyester layer that prevents wetness from rising back to the surface and a quilted cotton blend extra dry-touch top layer that wicks moisture into the pad protecting the skin and maintaining skin wellness. Non-slip bottom layer keeps the pad flat and in place. Available with tuck-in mattress flaps to prevent pad from slipping or moving. Machine wash and dry with bleach. Latex-free and lead-free. These have been used and washed in a tunnel wash. Some house hold uses include dog pads, clean up drips, leaks, and many more uses! We do not recommend theses pads for human use; we suggest purchasing new pads for those uses.
