There is a fine line between comfort and height: greater compression for comfort also means less height. Our design embodies the perfect balance between firmness and comfort. In order for this product to work for you, you must use shoes with enough room to accommodate the insole. For ultimate discretion and height, you’ll want to use high-ankle support shoes such as roomy hi-tops and boots. As a workaround in lo-top shoes with little extra space, you may choose to only use the bottom red and grey layers (flipped upside-down together) and place the factory insole on top. STEP 1: Select shoes with enough room to accommodate the insole and your foot.STEP 2: Loosen laces starting from the top of the shoe and working your way down to the toe. The more you loosen your laces, the more room you create for your foot, and the greater chance of success you have using this product.STEP 3: Trim the insole to size using the scored lines on the back (if needed). To get the best fit, we recommend removing the factory insole from your shoes and using it as a reference to cut the height lift to size.STEP 4: Choose the ideal number of layers for the shoe you wish to use, and slide the insole in, ensuring the layers are appropriately locked using the slide-locks.STEP 5: Slip your foot into the shoe, tie the laces, and feel the difference in perspective. Please note if you have any trouble walking with all three layers, we recommend starting with just the first-layer insole and gradually adding more height as you adjust. This can help prevent potential foot and back fatigue caused by walking with a sudden difference in elevation.
